Terms of Service

    Good day for you!

1.Replacement,warranty terms
    (1)Replacement warranty is limited to the product hosts, not including package and external power supply, wire, various connectors, software products, technical information and other accessories, but if there are any issues of the accessories in purchase after initial use, we can support replacement in free of charge.
    (2) For products conforms to all replacement warranty provision, our company will provide the replacement warranty service without charge.
    (3) For products not in the scope of replacement warranty, our company also provide the paid maintenance service.
    (4) When the product needs replacing or repairing , you should show your purchase invoice and warranty card. If the data you provide is not enough, the warranty date will be calculated in accordance with factory date.
    2. In the following situation can't enjoy the replacement warranty service in free of charge.
   (1) No SPEED Technology or Youcan logo, no bar-code in products.
   (2) During the replacement warrant period, the product suffered the damage caused by improper installation or use not in accordance with the manual.
   (3) The product beyond the replacement warranty period.
   (4) The product bar-code or serial number has been altered, deleted.
   (5) The product has been repaired or disassembled by the other non-authorized personnel.
   (6) That the inherent setting file of product has been modified by the customer or virus destruction caused the product breakdown.
   (7) The product due to accidents or artificial destruction, such as input inappropriate voltage,high temperature,water, mechanical damage, broken or serious oxidation and so on.
   (8) The product suffered from the breakdown or damage caused by the natural disasters (such as earthquakes, fires, Lightning).
   (9) If the after-sale service is ignored or the service is not satisfactory, you have the right to complaint to customer service center of YOUCAN-network product.
   (10)This commitment to its final explanation right belongs to Shenzhen Speed Technology Co., Ltd.(7) The product due to accidents or artificial destruction, such as input inappropriate voltage,high temperature,water, mechanical damage, broken or serious oxidation and so on.
